~sami: IF you dont press or say anything, you will be disconnected. I pressed * and then * again, and asked to speak to a supervisor. She personally connected me with a human, albeit one in India, who did remove the late fee and interest form my bill

~sami: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TJ Maxx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sami: For that I would say one out of five.
