~annonymous: Was in TJMAXX in Cerritos on **********, In Jewelry when the young lady at the counter asked for help. Her name was Karina.She called the front desk and asked them to send her help. The young lady named Yesenia was so RUDE that I couldn't believe she would act the way she did. It's not the first time I had seen her act so rude. She need's more traing on her attitude or put her some where she doesn't have to deal with customers. And the manager there named Rick, Why wouuld you have some one like him in front of customers texting on his phone and talking nonsense that doesn't pertain to anything about the store and customer's. You (TJMAXX) should really make a BIG adjustment to your employee's. I will not be going to your HORRIBLE store there in Cerritos. Bad Experience for the *rd time. And I will NOT recommend your store to friends and family. Need to shop at Marshalls now for better service.

~annonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TJ Maxx to know who you are.
