~ae09407: trying to settle w* them they will only let me pay full amount when i have a letter in front of me that says i can settle for a different amount. will be calling the bank tomorrow to try and settle w* them so i never have to deal with trs recovery service again. worst customer service i have ever encountered in my life. also fyi bbb has trs recovery service as a D- just so you know. i will never deal with this company ever again!
