~eboneezer: After half an hour I just gave up and hung up. About two years ago our power started going out every two or three weeks. It's in Oak Lawn, an area bound on the west by Douglas Avenue, on the north by Cedar Springs. I'm not sure exactly how widespread it is. I will find out whose ignorance and incompetence causes this because I am in a state of pure outrage and this time I will get to the bottom of this. Today it was off for an hour and a half.I don't know if TXU is responsible for this. Who operates the power plant and distribution operations?
