~cptwillied: After several transfers, the next to the last was a Spanish station the agent had no idea of the TXU Energy Comfort Rewards Program much less the Customer Rebate portion of that program this led to the final transfer where again you are required to leave your information. I would rate this Customer Service Experience poor.

~cptwillied: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cptwillied: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TXU Energy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cptwillied: For that I would say one out of five.
