~Brooks Taylor: You can't get a person when you call customer service or anywhere else. I could get Oncor and they tried to send me to TXU, but that didn't work.

~Brooks Taylor: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Brooks Taylor: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Brooks Taylor: For that I would say one out of five.
