GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-heather31: We went to taco bell and waited ** minutes in the drive through, got home, food order is cold and completely wrong-our drinks were even wrong (they gave us diet mountain dew and not regular mountain dew). I called the manager Olivia who told me she would write our name down and she would replace our order. Tonight we went back to this taco bell, explained the situation, and the staff and manager were rude about the situation. They refused to give us our drinks because "they rarely mess drinks up" We also ordered a volcano box that comes with a drink but they didn't give it to us. We again waited ** minutes tonight on our order. While waiting, we could hear staff laughing in the background and mocking us for checking our order before we left. I called the manager about the situation and she proceeded to hand the phone to an employee that took our order. Our problem was not with that employee, she was the most professional person out of the whole ordeal. My problem is with the staff laughing at us in the back and poor management. We love Taco Bell and it's a shame that we were treated so poorly by people who are paid to provide this service. I would love for someone to call*contact me about this situation. I am very upset and I will probably never return to our local taco bell, or any taco bell for a long time. I spent $**.** and my time at this store and I will not tolerate being disrespected.

GetHuman-heather31: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Taco Bell's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-heather31: For that I would say four out of five.
