~suzyq: They are not ** hours and they refer you to a website. We were calling to report that we paid with cash and the receipt was blank, they cashier gave us the wrong amount of change back....because they were stealing from the store if people paid with cash.

~suzyq: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~suzyq: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Taco Bell's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~suzyq: For that I would say two out of five.
