~Michael: I bought an item from Tanga, it stopped working abut * weeks after I purchased it. I contacted customer support and they told me that the warranty period was ** days, which is also the return period. The other sites that have the same item for sale have a ** day warranty. ** days is common for a refurb, but this item was represented as being new. Tanga might have a good price, but if anything goes wrong with the product, you are out of luck. Int he future I will stick with Amazon, they have a better return and warranty policy, are honest to deal with and let you know if the item they are selling is a refurb.

~Michael: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
