GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Tanga.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~JoeyJettt: They shipped the wrong size bras, not even close, to the size she ordered. Then trying to exchange the unopened items for the correct size found they were out of stock. Returned the items, but had to pay return shipping. So out the return shipping costs and have tried with several emails to get them to refund the cost to return but never get an answer except for stock emails that ignore my emails to them. Will not deal with the company again. Very poor customer service.

~JoeyJettt: For that I would say four out of five.
