~India Larondos: I ordered a Men's Schwinn bicycle. I requested to have it picked up at the store. When I went to pick up my bicycle that I had already paid for, the sales guy brought me out the wrong bicycle. Luckily I printed the email that was sent to me. I informed the clerk that he had given me the wrong bike. He seemed annoyed. So I asked to see a manager. He seem annoyed as well. They both told me that they did not have the bike in stick. I pulled out my phone and showed them it shows that they had my bike in stock. I ended up refunding my bike. I reordered it and spoke to a woman that didn't even sounded like she was in America. She had an attitude and did not bother to apologize. I asked her about an inconvenience discount she suggested that I sign up for a target card, that way I can receive discount.

~India Larondos: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~India Larondos: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~India Larondos: For that I would say three out of five.
