~frustrated customer: The person I talked to barely knows English. They go "um" and "let me see what that is" alot. Very frustrated with the service. *The first time I called 'Monroe' said he'd cancel an order, and an hour later, I received an email from the store saying it was ready for pick up...Horrible service!!
