GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Target customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-443237: These people are completely incompetent. First of all, all calls for Target Online go to the Indian customer support center. Sometimes you'll understand them, but they don't understand what you mean. Besides that, I have received defective product twice in a row. When I called to return it all and ask for a manager, I got an email saying that my product would be picked up and they would be sending me replacement product. Now, I have already received * shipments of the same product and both were defective. I specifically asked FOR MY MONEY BACK NOT A REPLACEMENT! Morons at the helm. Not only that, but they lie. I was told twice that my products would arrive prior to Thanksgiving and they didn't. They also arrived defective. Hold times are crazy. I have been disconnected by the system before as well. I will NEVER buy Target online again. UPDATE: Was on hold for * minutes and then got a voice recorded message that says "sorry but we are having system upgrades at this time.
