~poorvic2: I am unable to reach anyone in tax act. Phones are no longer in service the wait time for a call back is supposedly * mins and have been on hold for ** mins with no other recourse. No live chat and no email to complain with. I have been using tax act for * years but the quality and service has gone down the drain. You are taking your success too seriously and seem to forget that customers are the ones that count and not your share value. Never again and am now downloading another tax program.

~poorvic2: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~poorvic2: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TaxAct's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~poorvic2: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TaxAct customers?
~poorvic2: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TaxAct to know who you are.
