GetHuman-260342: I asked when will the site be updated with the new releases from IRS, especially the instructions for Schedule D. Well, it is released at IRS. I was first given the answer that it was an immediate update when release. I then said it has been released for a couple of days. Then the answer was it will be updated before the **th of January. So what is it -- immediately or before Jan **th!! Somewhat disappointed in the answer or should I say no answer. I have been using taxact for years.

GetHuman-260342: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-260342: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TaxAct's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-260342: For that I would say one out of five.
