~cfh1985: It wasn't the reps fault, but I called because I was angry that they could not tell me when my State tax return would be sent to the State from them. My State is accepting returns before the Feds **** date and they have not sent it...they could not tell me when it would be filed, mind you I have pushed the button prior years to only file State first. When I called my State tax line, they said they felt they were holding it up. The rep could not give me an answer...I have now filed on my State's website & am asking for my $$$ back!!!*I have used Tax Act for years & never had a problem until now!!!

~cfh1985: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TaxAct's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cfh1985: For that I would say four out of five.

~cfh1985: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TaxAct to know who you are.
