~Unhappy: Worst online purchase experience ever. I made my purchase on ******* and literally did not get my dodgeballs for * months. I e-mailed and called multiple times to see what was taking so long. The first time I e-mailed, it had been ** days since I placed my order and they had said it would ship in *. They responded saying the shipping was * days, but there was a processing period of *-** business days. If that was stated during the ordering process, it wasn't very clearly laid out because I did not see it. **They made claims about how they were waiting for it to be shipped from their warehouse and they had no control over that. When I asked for a timeframe, they refused to give me a specific date I could expect my dodgeballs to arrive. I eventually got them after my dodgeball tournament that I ordered them for. But, needless to say, they will never have my business again.
