GetHuman-184558: I am so frustrated with Teavana. I have tried calling their Customer Service * times. Each time, I hung up or requested a call back after ** minutes. I have NEVER received a call back. I also sent an email with no response.

GetHuman-184558: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
