~seemelrun: Three separate calls with ** to ** minute wait time. Two emails which took * week to respond to the first email. ** days since orginal order and still no teavana package. I have ordered teavana before thru Amazon and have gotten a package right away. Like their tea but they have, hands down, the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~seemelrun: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Teavana's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~seemelrun: For that I would say two out of five.

~seemelrun: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Teavana to know who you are.
