~sugarpunk3: There have been so many problems with this order, that I don't even know how to classify it (not satified with the quality, product delivered was incorrect, the order arrived on the wrong date, horrible customer service, etc).*My order was supposed to be delivered on the Saturday BEFORE Mother's Day, and instead was delivered on the Monday AFTER Mother's Day. This is after I called on Sunday to find out the status of the missing flowers, was given very little information, and a guarantee that they'd arrive by *PM on Sunday (which they did not). Not only that, but I was never notified by Teleflora of the delays at any time, and the local florist said they didn't even receive the order until Monday morning. The flowers delivered were not what was ordered, and were not upgraded to Deluxe, as promised to me when I called on Sunday. *This is completely unacceptable. I'm requesting a full refund, **% off of a future order, and another bouquet of DELUXE flowers sent to my mother (which more c
