~mad in Hali: I have had a horrible experience with the Bay. after waiting ** minutes to place an order, my item is now lost in the mail and the Bay is saying I have to deal with canada post directly. I was on hold for over ** minutes to speak with a supervisor and my number was taken so they could call me back, but no one has and it is now the next day. HATE The Bay!!!
