~angrycustomer: We ordered some Mikasa china place settings from The Bay Willowbrook in Langley, BC at the end of October **** for a wedding taking place in February ****. Today is March *, **** and WE HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED OUR ORDER. Not once has The Bay contacted us. We began phoning them on a weekly basis when January rolled around and our order had not shown up. Each week we are given a different excuse. Stock is backordered (except other guests attending the wedding bought the same china at Metrotown and Pacific Center and had no problems getting their orders within * weeks). It hasn't been sent(apparently not after *-*** months waiting). It's in their back room and they haven't opened the stock yet (but * weeks later we're still waiting) and today's excuse ... they are doing something in Toronto so we are going to contact other stores that show stock and see if we can transfer in (you would think that might have occurred to you sooner ... as this was for a wedding and all).**We are SO fed

~angrycustomer: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about The Bay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~angrycustomer: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other The Bay customers?
~angrycustomer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for The Bay to know who you are.
