~saral: Forget about them helping you. For three months in a row trying to get a live rep to help me get a tax transcript sent to me and no one is that capable of doing so. it is pathetic and ridiculous the people they have hired.u give them the correct address and they send it to someone else. you give them the right number and they aren't capable of sending a fax, then you give them the email, and forget it that you gonna get an email in return from them. I have never seen this, in none of the countries I have been, nowhere exists such a poor service. I am about to pull my hear out. it has been ** min as we speak and I am still on hold.I do not mind the hold as long as I get a normal capable person whom I can communicate with. Who the heck hires these imbeciles. So so stupid. do they have any day of school man. it is ridiculous.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting The IRS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a The IRS problem?
~saral: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~saral: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about The IRS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~saral: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other The IRS customers?
~saral: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for The IRS to know who you are.
