~Gods Child: I tried the called back method which worked great. I waited approximately *mins to be connected, in which a representative contacted me back within minutes. I was well pleased that I was directed correctly and my needs were insisted. The average wait for IRS was the usual **-**mins once redirected, but at least I spoke with a live representative before doing so.
