GetHuman-312249: oh you get a live person alright but they send you a link to the IRS website for your question about your refund. It has been ** days and she said to call the **** number which has NO options to talk to a live person at all. I asked if there was a number I can call to talk to a person and again she said the **** number then she went off chat :( The Irs has no problem taking our money but when it comes to giving it back they make you wait..this was a disappointment!
