GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's The Weather Channel customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Traumaqn: I contacted your switchboard operator because at appro ****CT your weather announcer stated to carry cat litter in your car for traction if needed on winter roads but said that pregnant women can't touch it. The pregnant women cannot touch USED cat litter because of the possibility of toxoplasmosis. The switchboard operator did not identify herself which is unprofessional. She had a condescending voice and I doubt that she even forwarded the information. It is unfortunate that someone answering the telephone for the WC is so unprofessional.
