~adamsl: A recent power outage created a problem for our Tivo which created a big problem for us. Renee and William were professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with us. We required two phone calls and both were answered quickly. We appreciate Tivo's employees and service.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TiVo. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TiVo problem?
~adamsl: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~adamsl: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TiVo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~adamsl: For that I would say three out of five.
