~forestg: there has been an on going problem with the description on the guide for the judge judy programs that does not seem to be fixable by the people answering and they cannot or probably are told not to connect me with someone in management.

~forestg: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~forestg: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TiVo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~forestg: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TiVo customers?
