~real client: **Miami Dance Project: Alice In Wonderland*Sat, Jun **, **** **:** PM*Gusman Center for the Performing Arts*Miami, FL*Will Call **I'm really disappointed with Ticketamaster , I bought * ticket for the ballet and i found out at the theatre that it was a performance from a dancing school with kids from * or * year old to teenagers *I paid ** dollars for * tickets to see kids that were very beginner dancers*Ticketmaster never published something about a kids performance and the advertising picture were real pics from a real ballet*I called Ticketmaster and even though they recognized that I was right they could not refund the many or gave me a credit*I asked to speak with somebody from the corporate and they told me that they are going to call me and I am still waiting*I'm very DISAPPOINTED AND I FELL DEFRAUDED *I never thought a company like Ticketmaster can trick people

~real client: For that I would say five out of five.

~real client: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ticketmaster to know who you are.
