~anon: Attempted to order pre-sale tickets online. Locked out of acct after office hours. Called first in a.m. Neither sales nor Cust. Serv. willing*able to help me acquire tickets. I closed my acct.

~anon: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~anon: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ticketmaster's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anon: For that I would say five out of five.
