~Harley Girl: GREAT SERVICE! I didn't have to wait long at all with the first agent that couldn't help then i was transferred to another agent who came on the line and helped me in a matter of minutes.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Ticketmaster. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Ticketmaster problem?
~Harley Girl: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Harley Girl: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
