~Adeline Loh: I have been calling this number wanting to appeal about non-attendance of an order due to compassionate reasons. Keep getting a response that the call centre is not operating whether its **pm or **am Singapore time. Suppose the call back by Ticketmaster is only within the US. Pls have someone call me back on my order no: **-***** NY* or I will have to report this chargeback to American Express. tks
