~educatorem: I've been calling their customer service line for * days and all I get is a busy signal. They say they will return an email in **-** hours and I haven't heard anything yet. It was also so difficult to figure out how to send an email. It's a simple fix. I just want a refund for tickets in September. The whole process is frustrating. They could have this option on my ticketmaster account and solve the problem. Look at Amazon.com for ideas. Unbelievable!
