~Unhappy customer: I was given wrong information by Ticketmaster regarding how to get a refund for my lost tickets back in December ****. I ended up buying tickets again, and now that the event is over, even though I found the original tickets that were never used I was was told by Ticketmaster that they can't give any refund, even though they gave me wrong information originally. Believe me when I say, I will never ever purchase tickets through Ticketmaster again if there is any possible way around it!!!! Look at past reviews Ticketmaster and wonder why so many people say "I hate Ticketmaster". Maybe some system revisions are in order! Try being people and treat customers on a case by case basis, instead of being just a machine!

~Unhappy customer: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Unhappy customer: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ticketmaster's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Unhappy customer: For that I would say five out of five.

~Unhappy customer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ticketmaster to know who you are.
