GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ticketmaster customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~KellyAnne19: I will never ever again in my life used Ticket Master. They sold me tickets that I found out were the WRONG seats when i recieved my confirmation email. When I called them up to help, I was recieved the run around for a good HOUR! I asked to speak with a Manager and he was very unhelpful and sounded annoyed with me, when it was THEIR error! I was so frustatded with them at this point that I cried, YES CRIED. Are you happy ticket master??? You make your customers cry! Worst company by far.

~KellyAnne19: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~KellyAnne19: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ticketmaster's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~KellyAnne19: For that I would say five out of five.

~KellyAnne19: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ticketmaster to know who you are.
