~emdiaz: Thank God for gethuman.com! I've been trying to get a refund for * with no response. I tried calling myself but would get the busy signal for up to ** calls! Unbelievable customer service. Finally through the ** way of calling via the web did I actually get in contact with a representative who could help me. She was really nice, however, I am still waiting to get a refund approved. We'll see what happens. I might be out $***.** for buying tickets at the wrong theater. Yikes!

GetHuman: And what about Ticketmaster's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~emdiaz: For that I would say one out of five.

~emdiaz: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ticketmaster to know who you are.
