~DLee: I placed an order recently and the strap pad was missing from my order. I contacted the customer service and after asking to me to make sure the item was missing immediately shipped the item overnight at no charge.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Timbuk2. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Timbuk2 problem?
~DLee: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DLee: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Timbuk2's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DLee: For that I would say four out of five.
