~annonymous: Had to speak with two different people but problem was finally resolved. Problem stemmed from last discussion with TIME when I was renewing my subscription. That person totally screwed up and my subscription was cancelled instead of renewed. The person today was very helpful and pleasant and hopefully I will get my magazine in three weeks.
