~Unhappy with Time Warner: Absolutely the worst company in the world to deal with! The My Account is horrible--difficult to navigate and find what you're looking for. For internet outages, it says: log into your account and look for outages. How would you do that if you have no service due to an outage!? Absurd that these companies charge what they do and provide such horrible customer service and customer interface!
