~Annu: As TWC's new program either we have to buy our own modem or rent one from TWC. I have bought my new modem and to connect it i have called TWC support, it took them more than **hrs to resolve the issue, i was on call and they have been transffering me department to department and everyone was asking to reboot my computer and restart my modem and i have done this for approximately some **-** times in some *-* on being call. One the customer service agent told me that he has assigned a technician for scheduling next day at *:** AM and nobody turns in till *:** AM when i called back TWC to know the reason, i was surpurised to know that the technician is scheduled for next day (i.e after ** hrs). So, this is the horrible horrible experience i had with TWC, different levels of support still they do not have the capablity of resolving a simpe issue.

~Annu: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Annu: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Annu: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Time Warner customers?
~Annu: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Time Warner to know who you are.
