~tracy: BEWARE!!!I signed up with the promotion of getting the dell * and * computer after being with them for * months. Now they are telling me and other people that we dont qualify. When they installed us the guy left wires hanging out and whatever he did, bees were coming in and we were left with no phone service. Said he would come back and never did. We had to call again to get someone out here and found out he never put another work order in. Since then we ve made numerous calls. My box stopped working. Then my daughters box went. We lost all of our recordings.And now with this promotion, i spoke with someone who told me she would take care of this and she would see to it that i got what i was entitled to. Never called me back. Found out they did an investigation into the matter with a denial and found out when i called once again. They will be reported to the better business bureau for false advertising just to get people to leave their providers for them. I will be changing my services

~tracy: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~tracy: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tracy: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Time Warner customers?
~tracy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Time Warner to know who you are.
