~outsourced: Called Support from North Carolina, transfer to level * in the Philippines. I reported issue with poor signal strength, they tried to dump me and I was asked to call for service on my Linksys router. I asked for a Manager then was transferred to Costa Rica, Manager was not much help I asked for onsite service tech, the phone transfer to service was disconnected. Over ** minutes in this call with no resolution. Thanks TW. *They don't get it. It is not how many minutes before a person responds. It is the quality of the service when they do pickup. How do you expect Americans to keep paying the outrages prices for TW cable when you continue to send jobs overseas... * If I get layed off the first thing that goes is Time Warner Cable.......
