GetHuman-402858: Ever since I made the mistake of subscribing to TWC, I've had problems with their service. Sometimes it's the internet, and other times the cable, they don't discriminate when it comes to terrible service. I'm sick and tired of calling TWC's customer service line every couple of weeks. Verizon Fios not being in my neighborhood is the only reason I hadn't left TWC before today. Several of my friends have been using services such as Netflix or Hulu in lieu of cable and I am ready to join them. I would never recommend Time Warner Cable to anyone. I can only tell people how much I hate their atrocious service and to run in the other direction. I hate TWC even more for making me waste my time writing this review about their pathetic and inadequate service.
