GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Time Warner customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Kimberley: Excellent service so far. I called the wrong dept so they transferred me to the correct dept. Business class. Now they are asking for an acct num which I do not have yet. Now they are asking for my zip code. Transfer to correct dept took half sec. I'm requiring a site survey to be done, I'm in a dead zone in LA. Off the phone with the rep in * minutes. The answer? Cannot do Time Warner because it would cost $**,*** dlls of underground work in order to bring service to my commercial bldg. In other words....a no go.

~Kimberley: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kimberley: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kimberley: For that I would say three out of five.

~Kimberley: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Time Warner to know who you are.
