~Dumbass Sinan Ozyol: I no longer want cable after dealing with this company. Long hold times, transferring me to the wrong department, cutting me off before I finish my question so they can transfer me, general rudeness, inability to speak English, inability to understand what I'm calling about....etc. Cable service is not a necessity the same way that water or electricity is. In fact, a TV isn't a necessity, so I stopped allowing them to mistreat me.

~Dumbass Sinan Ozyol: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Dumbass Sinan Ozyol: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
