~Tar Heel's review of Time Warner customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Time Warner customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Tar Heel: I was connected to the office of the president to report the abysmal installation, rate plan charges, and actual services requested in Chapel Hill NC. I assume that the person I spoke with as part of an escalation call center with a more senior staff. I was told that someone from the executive team would be calling me back ASAP - I have not spoken with anyone to see if a billing and incorrect rate plan will be downgraded and a credit issued. I am hopeful, but do not have high expectations.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Time Warner. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Time Warner problem?
~Tar Heel: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tar Heel: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tar Heel: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Time Warner customers?
~Tar Heel: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Time Warner to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Tar Heel taken from his Time Warner customer service problem that occurred on November 8th, 2017.
