~anonymous: I was told information on my payment had been posted time and time again by Time Warnners "off shore" people and then they refuse to give their "real"first name or employee id. I have the chat Transscript. I am a LONG TIME time warner customer. Problem started last weekend. After spending over * hours on the phone and chats, I finally got the Time Warner President Office * in NY and left a message about the EXTREMELY poor customer service, not updating of my account, my service price doubled and when it was supposedly price dropped, I LOST ** channels I TOLD THEM I did not want to lose then the customer service rep I called back had the nerve to ask ME why it took me ** hour to "notice the missing channels". I left the message with the Presidents Office, they called Monday and Tuesday. I am a SINGLE MOM working TWO jobs, I am unavailable during the day. They said Pamela from the local customer svc area would call me, which she did and I called her back Tuesday, left a message TELLING
