~unsatisfied customer: It took me ** minutes of waiting to get in touch with someone. When I did it was a foreignor on the other end of the line who was very nice but had no idea how to get me what I need or want. They never got upset with me but I was so frustrated I had to talk to the managers manager. Its funny but they had a very diffucult time finding the packages from our area and understanding what I was asking for. The english was perfect but the barrier was not.
