GetHuman-abbersd: Promotional rate expires but "savings" will continue
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-abbersd: Received the "PROMOTIONAL RATE IS EXPIRING BUT YOUR SAVINGS WILL CONTINUE" letter. Interestingly, I didn't realize my first year of service with TWC was even a promotion. Spent some time with a customer service representative who explained to me in order for me to keep my bill the same, I would have to downgrade from Extreme internet to Standard. Essentially paying the same for less. Also why am I paying a $* wireless internet service charge on top of the monthly bill? Is that not what my monthly bill includes, wireless internet service? Very absurd. I will be expressing my dissatisfaction across social media and the web. I will be canceling my service if this is not resolved.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Time Warner. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Time Warner problem?

GetHuman-abbersd: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Time Warner customers?
