~Unsatisfied: The Customer Service by Phone is Horrible. Each and every time you call there is a ** to ** minute wait. When you have to go in the local office......well it is an unpleasant hassle. Don't see why the phone wait is so long when a)they are loosing so much business and *) you get reffered to the website for instructions to do yourself. Why have technicians? I rather pay more for a service and receive service. And that is coming from someone living paycheck to paycheck.
